Crisis of Conscious
Visualizing and tapping into the process of feeling the crisis of conscience and the internal experience of our mind changing and recognizing the internal struggle of morality. We are confronted with the idea that what we think is right is the opposite. Created in the Fall of 2023 - shown in Two Channel Projections on a 14ft x 8ft wall and a 14ft x 10 ft wall. Image streams cross each other, one playing into a convex mirror where only the viewer, when looking in, can see the room behind until they get so close all they can see is themself.

Now we talk with the cranes
Inspired by the parallels between Sandhill Cranes and the human experience of memory location home and being found, this work critically explores the memories and familial connections we attempt to maintain and understand over the years. Sandhill Cranes use vocalizations and sound to maintain contact among family groups; flight calls coordinate between land and sky.
